Apply for co-owner cuz other one locked

this is my app:
1. i want to become co-owner because i want more commands to help people and to catch griefers.
2.i will catch griefers and kick them,then ban them,then possibly ip ban them.
3.if people ask for a rank i will warn them with the following "NO ASKING RANKS,WUT U THINKING?"
or sumtin like that
4.this will affect your server alot by me helping people more with my commands and catching greifers,
i also think i have a good charachter and will say hi and welcome any newcomers.

i do the same thing (except more) like i cleaned up freebuild... i looked for grifers in guest... i cleaned up guest... and last but not least all of the above for joecools app PWNED, TEEHEE, DOUBLE PWN
