IMPORTANT! Please Read!

Hello everyone! It has come to my attention that staff here have no idea what they're doing. So I'm placing a mandatory test here (meaning you must do it or you will be demoted). This test will make sure that you have an idea of how to properly handle situations on the servers. Please do not ignore this test and do not take it as a joke. To post the test please send me a personal message and do not post your answers on this thread. I expect tests back from every member that is ranked favorite+ on either the lava or freebuild server. Make sure to note commands you will use if these situations came up.
Operator questionary:
Part 1/3
You get online and find out that someone named jzimmerman in ingame and his rank is admin.
You ask him if he is jzimmerman and he doesn't answer.
You do /last jzimmerman and find out his last command was /ban Vtoolegitv 60
What do you do?

You find someone swearing.
Their name is butfkr12837234 and this is what he said:
" F*** you stupid c****. I'm going to hack into this stupid f******* server.
What do you do?

As soon as you log in, 3 players (2 adv and one builder) ask you to ban derp1337gri3f3r for griefing.
When you get on the supposed griefing map there are only a few holes.
You do /about and find out that one of the 3 players did that hole.
After you tell them you know derp1337gri3f3r didn't make those holes the responsible tells you they had already fixed the griefing and he did those holes so the person could be banned with evidence. They say the griefing was real and he wanted to make sure derp1337gri3f3r was banned for what he did.
derp1337gri3f3r is not online and he has no clones and he is ranked as guest.
What do you do?
